DESCRIPTION: Travel study course for students in all emphasis areas of art. Various art venues are studied in a variety of cities including workshops, galleries and museums.
TAUGHT: Fall, Winter
CONTENT AND TOPICS: Various art venues are studied in a variety of cities including workshops, galleries and museums, architecture, sculpture, painting, printmaking, drawing, illustration, graphic design, and photography.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: -- Increase art awareness by viewing works of other artists.
REQUIREMENTS: Enrolled as an Art major
PREREQUISITES: SUGGESTED that one or more of these classes be taken first: Art 101, 201, 202, Humanities 101, 201,202.
OTHER: Please consult your advisor in the Art Department. A variable travel fee ranging from $60 to $600 depending on length and distance of travel will be assessed each semester.
