| CONTENT AND TOPICS: | The purpose of this course is for students to become familiar with the techniques and processes of achieving visual pictorial images in an aqueous medium. This course will acquaint students with basic control of watercolor and brush manipulation. | ||
| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | -- Introduce the unique nature of the watercolor medium and its materials. -- Understand and be able to mix paints and use brush techniques. -- Have basic competency in watercolor painting. -- Reinforce principles of elements and design. -- Produce several successful watercolor paintings. |
