| CONTENT AND TOPICS: | Students will improve design skills, visual story telling skills, and image-creating techniques through portfolio building assignments using digital media. | ||
| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | -- Be exposed to using the computer as a medium for illustration. -- Make quality portfolio illustrations. -- Gain an understanding of style and explore stylistic interpretations. -- Develop a good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, etc. -- Understand the contemporary uses of digital illustration and how it is impacting the illustration industry. |
