| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | To learn leadership principles that are applicable to the business world. To experience being a leader and a follower in real, outdoor situations. To learn to work for a sustained period in teams to accomplish meaningful, and quite oftren, difficult tasks. To use the outdoor setting to learn to think more creatively to overcome problems. To expereince a time away from nmany of the distractions of the modern world to focus on leadership, teamwork, trust building, and our relationship with deity. |

| REQUIREMENTS: | Experiential learning, oral group evaluations, subjective evaluation, group discussions. | ||
| PREREQUISITES: | Limited enrollment. Student must apply through Department of Business Management Office semester before anticipated enrollment. | ||
