A practical course providing students with fundamentals of improvisation and choreography. |
| DESCRIPTION: |
Improvisation and composition are an integral part of a modern dancer's education. A study of the basic elements of dance, improvisation and composition will lead to the creation of a movement product. These practices will develop the ability to communicate ideas using the body as the instrument of expression. |

To develop self-confidence, assurance and satisfaction in solving problems involving basic principles of movement design and understanding those principles.
