| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | 1. Describe copyright, including fair use, patent, and trademark. 2. Differentiate what is (and is not) protected by copyright, patent, and trademark. 3. Knows the basic concepts of international intellectual property right protection. 4. Identifies the consequences of software piracy on software developers. |
