| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | Supply an informed and accessible overview fo the major ideologies that shaped the political landscape of the 20th century and gives shape to the 21st century. Outline the rise, decline, and revival of the democratic ideal from ancient Greece to the present. Read and understand key historical political theorists, such as Aristotle. Develop critical thinking skils and communication skills to organize learned material. |
