Basic Option

Under the new contract there is one basic option, which includes the following benefits:

• Free nights and weekends (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) nationwide except while roaming
• Free mobile to mobile within the Sprint network anytime, nationwide except while roaming
• Free dialing (in or out) to the 496 prefix on all phones anytime (issued for employees upon request at point of sale) , nationwide within the Sprint network; (this benefit will not be available for phones issued to non-employee dependants/others - this benefit is limited to one phone per employee)
• Unlimited texting, nationwide
• Free base phones are available  

Cost

• $15.95 per month, per phone
• 3 cents per minute for anytime minutes used with no minimum or maximum, nationwide; (this covers all minutes that are not free minutes as indicated above)
• Applicable taxes and fees are additional

Call Forwarding

Here is how you do call forwarding:

To activate Call Forwarding:

1. Press * 72
2. Enter the area code and phone number to which your future calls should be forwarded.
3. Press the End (hang up) button. (You will hear a tone to confirm the activation of Call Forwarding.)

To deactivate Call Forwarding:

1. Press *720
2. Press the End (hang up) button. (You will hear a tone to confirm the deactivation.)

NOTE: You are charged a higher rate (.20 cents/minute) for calls you have forwarded.
