BYU-Idaho Employee Sprint Plan

Basic or Non-PDA Feature Phones: $15.95/month plus $0.03/minute to non-Sprint phone numbers before 7PM. (Includes: Sprint Mobile-to-Mobile, Unlimited Messaging, Unlimited Nights and Weekends starting at 7PM, while using Sprint towers)

• Optional basic data: $3.85/month (Allows the user to send/recieve picture messages)

3G and 4G Smartphones: $15.95/month plus $5.78/month Unlimted Data (Required for all smartphones) plus $0.03/minute to non-Sprint phone numbers before 7PM.  (Includes: Sprint Mobile-to-Mobile, Unlimited Messaging, Unlimited Nights and Weekends starting at 7PM, while using Sprint towers)

• 3G Mobile Hotspot (Tethering): Unlimited 3G Hotspot Data for 3G Smartphones $19.25/month (This includes the $5.78/month Unlimited Data charge for phone)
• 4G Mobile Hotspot (Tethering): $15/month (2GB) or $30/month (5GB) plus normal $5.78/month Unlimted Data for 4G device.

Apple iPhone: $38.80/month plus $0.03/mintue to non-Sprint phone numbers before 7PM. (Includes: Sprint Mobile-to-Mobile, Unlimited Messaging, Unlimited Nights and Weekends starting at 7PM, while using Sprint towers)

• iPhone Hotspot (Tethering): $30/month (5GB)

Airave: Upfront device cost of $124.99. Six mobile phones can utilize the Airave device at the same time, with each cell phone billed at a rate of $0.03/minute.

• Unlimited Calling option for Airave: $25/month for unlimited number of phones. (This replaces the $0.03/mintue bill rate)

Mobile Broadband Services: Visit Sprint area in the University Store for broadband device pricing. Multiple options for monthly data plan costs are as follows:

• 500MB - $33.99/month          5GB - $39.99/month          Unlimted - $45/month

Tablet Services: Visit Sprint area in the University Store for Sprint tablet device pricing. Multiple options for monthly data plan costs are as follows:

• 1GB - $19.99/month              2GB - $29.99/month           5GB - $44.99/month

Mobile-to-Office (496 Prefix): Free - for BYU-Idaho employees only.

Equipment Replacement Program: $4/month (Phone Replacement Program without Sprint Service Center no-cost privlidges). Must be added within 30 days of activation.

Total Equipment Protection: $8/month (Phone Replacement Program with Sprint Service Center no-cost privlidges). Must be added within 30 days of activation.

Order Information: Ordering devices and or new service is simple and can be done in one of two ways:

1. Visit the Sprint area of the University Store to speak with and order from one of our team members. We can answer your questions and help you decide on a device that fits your needs.
2. Order from your home or office by visiting byui.orderexperts.com The BYU-Idaho account member will need to be present to log into their account using their Net ID and Password.

Order Shipment: To assure that devices are activated properly with the current BYU-Idaho pricing codes, and that content is transferred to the new device, phone orders will be shipped according to the following:

1. Rexburg residents and surrounding areas (Rigby, Menan, St. Anthony, Sugar City), orders will be shipped directly to the University Store at BYU-Idaho. A call will be made to the number provided on the order once the device arrives.
2. Residents outside Rexburg and surrounding areas will have their devices shipped to the address provided on the order. To assure that proper activation is done, it is CRITICAL to call 208-496-3469 to activate the device. If you need content transferred from your old device to your new phone, please visit your local Sprint store if you cannot make it in to the University Store at BYU-Idaho.

Student Plans Available

Students and Alumni of BYU-Idaho interested in becoming a Sprint customer will receive a 15% rate plan discount on their monthly bill. Please visit the Spint area of the University Store for more details.

2. Enter the area code and phone number to which your future calls should be forwarded.
3. Press the End (hang up) button. (You will hear a tone to confirm the activation of Call Forwarding.)

To deactivate Call Forwarding:

1. Press *720
2. Press the End (hang up) button. (You will hear a tone to confirm the deactivation.)
