There are three bulletin boards in the MC for standard-size posters.
Easels are not approved in the MC. "Day-of-event” stands, used for directional signage will continue to be allowed. To schedule an installed 22” x 28” frame, contact University Communications at Ext. 2000.
There are nine total booth locations in the MC. To schedule a booth contact Event Management at Ext. 3120
Any printed communication (fliers or standard/oversized posters) must be on approved identity templates.

COMMERCIAL SOLICITATIONS AND ADVERTISING
The McKay library has specific publicity and advertising guidelines such as:
All advertisements need to be submitted to the Library Administrative Office, and
All printed advertisements will be put up and taken down by Library staff.
Style: Any communication or promotional material sponsored by BYU-Idaho must incorporate the official
BYU-Idaho identity guidelines (www.byui.edu/identity) and carry the appropriate logo.
Standards: Must be on poster-quality paper.
Size: May be no larger than 14" x 22" and no smaller than 11" x 17."
Quality: No more than two posters per event, per hallway are allowed.
Approved: University Communications
Location: Attached to bulletin boards and/or wall railings by pins or clasps; no tape.
